Responsibilities for Sales Manager in Kenya

- Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute targeted promotional campaigns that support product awareness and sales growth.
- Ensure effective onboarding of new Financial Advisors by providing structured induction programs and continuous training initiatives.
- Manage customer complaints and escalations professionally, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, share insights, and align strategies with changing market conditions.
- Drive digital adoption within the sales team by encouraging the use of CRM systems and other technology tools to improve efficiency and customer engagement.
- Ensure adherence to risk management practices by identifying potential risks in sales operations and implementing mitigation measures.
- Build and maintain a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, promoting accountability, and recognizing outstanding achievements.
- Support the implementation of new products and services by training the team and ensuring effective market penetration.
