Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze workforce information to identify employment trends, staffing patterns, productivity indicators, and organizational performance metrics.
  • Prepare executive HR dashboards containing accurate workforce statistics and business intelligence reports.
  • Develop automated reporting solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual processing, and enhance reporting consistency.
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual HR performance reports for executive leadership.
  • Monitor employee headcount movements and maintain accurate workforce planning records.
  • Support annual HR operational planning through detailed workforce analysis and forecasting.
  • Assist in preparing HR departmental budgets and monitor expenditure against approved allocations.
  • Produce variance analysis reports highlighting financial and operational performance.
  • Evaluate workforce costs and recommend opportunities for improved resource utilization.
  • Maintain high standards of HR data accuracy, validation, integrity, and governance.
  • Coordinate collection of workforce information from multiple HR systems.
  • Prepare board-level presentations using clear business insights supported by reliable data.
  • Design business intelligence dashboards using reporting and visualization tools.
  • Identify workforce risks through statistical analysis and predictive reporting techniques.
  • Support talent acquisition reporting by monitoring recruitment performance indicators.

  • Produce analytical reports supporting workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with Finance teams during budgeting and operational planning exercises.
  • Assist HR Business Partners with workforce analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Monitor compliance with HR reporting standards and internal governance requirements.
  • Recommend process improvements that strengthen reporting efficiency.
  • Participate in digital transformation initiatives within Human Resources.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or another closely related discipline from a recognized institution. Candidates should demonstrate approximately 3
  • 5 years of professional experience in business reporting, workforce analytics, financial analysis, HR operations, business intelligence, or a similar analytical environment. Experience within the banking, financial services, insurance, or large corporate sector will be highly advantageous.
  • The ideal candidate should demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, and spreadsheet automation. Practical experience using Microsoft Power BI for dashboard development, visualization, and executive reporting is highly desirable. Familiarity with HR information systems, payroll databases, workforce management platforms, and enterprise reporting tools will be beneficial.
  • Candidates should possess excellent numerical reasoning, analytical thinking, report writing, presentation, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. The ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, solve business problems, and present practical recommendations is essential. Knowledge of budgeting principles, operational expenditure monitoring, workforce planning, forecasting, statistical analysis, and performance measurement is expected.
  • Professional certifications such as CHRP, SHRM, Microsoft Power BI, Data Analytics, or related credentials will provide an added advantage.
