Qualifications & Requirements

A professional qualification in ICT training, instructional design, learning and development, Microsoft technologies, networking, cybersecurity, cloud computing, or digital learning platforms will be an added advantage. Candidates should demonstrate practical experience developing and delivering ICT training programs within a professional environment. Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, mentoring, and coaching skills are essential.
