Job Description

Absa Bank Kenya PLC is seeking a highly motivated Lead Generator – Asset Based Finance to support the continued growth of its retail and business banking portfolio across Kenya. The Lead Generator will monitor application progress, maintain regular communication with applicants, address customer concerns professionally, and ensure that service standards remain consistently high throughout the customer journey. Qualifications & Requirements

  • Applicants should possess a Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC), Diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Banking, Economics, Sales Management, or a closely related discipline. Candidates should demonstrate strong knowledge of retail banking operations, customer relationship management, financial products, and professional sales techniques. Previous exposure to banking sales, financial services, lending, customer acquisition, insurance, or business development will be highly advantageous.
