Reporting functionally to the Board Audit Committee and administratively to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will provide independent assurance, strategic advisory services, and executive leadership that contribute to operational excellence, transparency, and sustainable organizational growth. The successful candidate will oversee the entire Internal Audit function, ensuring that audit activities remain independent, objective, risk-focused, and aligned with internationally recognized professional standards. The role demands the ability to evaluate complex operational processes, financial systems, technology controls, compliance obligations, governance practices, project assurance activities, cybersecurity controls, and enterprise-wide risk management frameworks. The office holder will continuously assess the effectiveness of internal controls while recommending practical improvements that strengthen organizational resilience and enhance decision-making.
