Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic executive leadership for the entire hotel while ensuring alignment with organizational vision, long-term business objectives, and operational priorities.
- Develop comprehensive annual business plans, financial forecasts, departmental objectives, and performance targets that support sustainable organizational growth.
- Lead the implementation of operational strategies that improve efficiency, productivity, profitability, and overall guest satisfaction across every department.
- Monitor revenue performance, occupancy levels, average room rates, food and beverage income, and other commercial indicators to maximize financial returns.
- Establish strong operational controls that enhance accountability, cost management, and responsible utilization of organizational resources.
- Direct daily hotel operations by coordinating activities across accommodation, guest services, housekeeping, engineering, food production, restaurants, events, security, maintenance, finance, procurement, and administration.
- Evaluate departmental performance through measurable indicators and implement corrective measures whenever operational standards require improvement.
- Promote exceptional guest experiences by ensuring consistently high service standards across every customer interaction and hospitality touchpoint.
- Review guest feedback, service evaluations, market intelligence, and customer satisfaction reports to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen brand reputation.
- Build productive working relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tourism stakeholders, suppliers, government authorities, investors, and strategic business partners.
- Identify emerging hospitality trends and introduce innovative products, guest experiences, technologies, and revenue-generating initiatives that strengthen market competitiveness.
- Lead annual budgeting processes while ensuring responsible financial planning, expenditure control, revenue optimization, and effective cash flow management.
- Approve significant procurement decisions, supplier contracts, infrastructure investments, and capital development initiatives in accordance with organizational policies.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, hospitality industry standards, employment legislation, environmental requirements, health regulations, and licensing obligations.
- Promote workplace safety by implementing effective risk management systems, emergency preparedness procedures, security protocols, and business continuity plans.
- Recruit, mentor, motivate, and evaluate departmental managers while supporting leadership development and succession planning throughout the organization.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, integrity, innovation, accountability, inclusion, and continuous organizational improvement.
- Review operational reports, financial statements, management dashboards, and business analytics to support informed executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to strengthen brand visibility, increase reservations, attract new market segments, and improve customer retention.
- Support digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, guest convenience, reporting accuracy, and service delivery.
- Represent the hotel professionally during industry forums, networking engagements, tourism events, corporate meetings, and stakeholder consultations.
- Resolve complex operational challenges, customer concerns, and organizational issues using sound judgment, diplomacy, and effective leadership.
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives that strengthen operational excellence while maintaining premium hospitality standards.
- Encourage environmental sustainability initiatives that support responsible tourism and efficient resource utilization.
- Prepare executive performance reports for ownership and senior stakeholders, highlighting operational achievements, financial performance, strategic priorities, and future growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or another closely related discipline from a recognized institution. A Master's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent postgraduate qualification will provide an added advantage. Applicants should demonstrate a minimum of ten years of progressive hotel management experience, including at least five years in a senior executive leadership position within a four

- star hotel environment. The successful candidate should possess exceptional leadership abilities, advanced financial management knowledge, commercial awareness, strategic planning expertise, organizational development capability, and outstanding guest service orientation.
